This one is the same design like the one sold in NWS, made by the same company. However I was not able to go to NY to get one from the Nintendo store so I got one direct from the company that made them for Nintendo. You can see that mine has a official tag from the crystal company the once sold at NWS do not have that label.
You can still get them to make the exact same design, however its not cheap. In total mine cost about the same (including shipment etc) as one from the Nintendo store. About $600,-
